Terms of Use

By using JOR, a user confirms they can enter a binding agreement, are at least 18, provide accurate information and have authority to act for any organisation they register.

JOR provides technology and operational coordination for matching and managing driver jobs. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, JOR is not the vehicle owner, employer, transport operator, insurer, bank, emergency service or guarantor of either party.

• Keep credentials and OTPs confidential
• Use only your own authorised account
• Fleet owners must manage staff access and remove leavers promptly
• JOR may suspend access for security, fraud, safety or legal reasons
• Administrative actions must follow assigned role permissions

Fleet owners must provide complete and lawful job details. Drivers decide whether to accept based on the displayed information. Acceptance creates platform obligations but does not remove either party's independent legal and safety duties.

• Maintain roadworthy, insured and legally documented vehicles
• Confirm vehicle-specific driver eligibility
• Provide lawful work, safe conditions and accurate route/cargo information
• Pay disclosed amounts and cooperate with verification and incidents
• Not discriminate, harass or request unsafe or unlawful conduct

• Hold a valid licence and required endorsements
• Provide accurate and current information
• Follow road, safety, hours and vehicle rules
• Protect cargo, vehicle and account access
• Report material delays, incidents and inability to complete safely

Final charges, fees, taxes and driver pay must be shown before confirmation. Production payments will be processed by an authorised provider under additional terms. Users remain responsible for their own tax and accounting obligations unless law requires JOR to collect or report amounts.

Applicable cancellation and refund terms will be displayed before a paid booking. JOR may review timestamps, messages, location, completion and incident evidence to resolve platform disputes. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.

Users must prioritise safety and comply with law. In an emergency, contact 112 or the appropriate public authority. JOR incident tools support operations but do not replace emergency services.

• No false, abusive, discriminatory or unlawful content
• No fraud, identity misuse, account sharing or platform circumvention
• No scraping, interference, malware or unauthorised access
• No manipulation of ratings, location, completion or payment evidence

JOR and its licensors retain rights in the platform, branding, software and original content. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for authorised purposes.

Pilot services may change, pause or contain defects. JOR does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes affecting paid users should be communicated appropriately.

Each party remains responsible for its own acts, omissions, legal duties and insurance. Any limitation of liability in final paid terms must be reasonable, clearly disclosed and subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

JOR may restrict or terminate access for breach, non-payment, fraud, safety risk, expired verification, unlawful use or security necessity. Where appropriate, users should receive reasons and a review route.

The final paid terms will be governed by Indian law and state the competent forum and dispute process after counsel review. Nothing in these MVP terms removes rights under applicable consumer or data-protection law.

JOR will publish the legally required grievance contact and complaint workflow before paid public transactions.

Important: A named, monitored grievance channel and response procedure remain a launch blocker.
