Platform workflow

From an open job to a completed trip

JOR coordinates job posting, driver matching, acceptance, pickup confirmation, trip visibility, completion and settlement in one operating flow.

Bangalore pilot workflow

1. Post the requirement

A fleet owner enters the pickup, destination, vehicle category, start time, expected duration and offered pay. The owner remains responsible for accurate job and vehicle information.

2. Match eligible drivers

JOR ranks available drivers using operational factors such as distance, licence category, schedule, prior performance and job fit. A match is a recommendation, not a guarantee of employment or performance.

3. Send a timed offer

Eligible drivers can accept or decline within a limited window. If an offer expires, the system can continue to the next eligible driver. Jobs with no suitable acceptance move to the JOR operations queue for manual review.

4. Confirm and run the trip

Pickup confirmation, availability updates and location sharing create a common operational record. Location visibility is limited to legitimate trip, safety and support purposes.

5. Close and reconcile

Driver and fleet-owner completion signals, incident records and payment status are reviewed before settlement. Production payment processing will depend on the contracted payment provider and applicable terms.
