Reputation system

A transparent operational score with a right to review

The JOR Score is intended to summarise platform activity such as reliability, completion and verified feedback. It is not a credit score or government rating.

Pilot design

Possible score signals

  • Accepted and completed jobs
  • On-time pickup and completion evidence
  • Verified two-way ratings
  • Cancellations, no-shows and substantiated incidents
  • Document and profile completeness

Fairness controls

Only relevant and reasonably reliable signals should affect the score. Serious adverse changes should be explainable and reviewable by a person.

Ratings and moderation

Feedback should come from completed jobs. Abusive, discriminatory, retaliatory or irrelevant content may be removed while preserving the underlying audit record where required.

What the score is not

  • Not a credit score
  • Not a criminal background certificate
  • Not proof of legal fitness to drive
  • Not a guarantee of future conduct

Correction and review

Users may report inaccurate job records, duplicate incidents or fraudulent feedback through support. Material disputes should pause irreversible score consequences until reviewed.
