Drivers can accept, decline or allow an offer to expire. JOR does not guarantee job volume, earnings, employment status or continuous availability of work.
Pilot requirements
- Valid mobile number and accurate profile
- Valid driving licence for the relevant vehicle category
- Consent to necessary identity and licence review
- Availability and location sharing only as required for matching and active jobs
- Compliance with road, safety and job instructions that are lawful
Pay and deductions
Every paid offer should show expected driver pay and material conditions. Production payouts will begin only after the contracted payment process is active.

Drivers can report incidents through the app. For immediate danger or medical emergencies, contact emergency services first; JOR support is not an emergency service.
