Fleet-owner responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle, route, cargo, schedule and pay information
- Maintain legally valid vehicle documents, permits, insurance and fitness
- Confirm that the assigned driver is suitable for the specific vehicle and work
- Provide safe working conditions and lawful instructions
- Pay all disclosed charges and cooperate with incident review
Pilot participation
Pilot fleet owners will operate within the agreed Bangalore zone, nominate authorised users, follow incident procedures and provide structured feedback.
